As many of you know, I have been passionate about the vibrant flavors and rich culture of the Virgin Islands, and I have been inspired by the overwhelming enthusiasm from friends and neighbors who have tasted my dishes.

We want to offer Breakfast/brunch,Vegetarian, Soul food and Finger Food

The response has been incredible! People are raving about the variety of dishes I’ve been sharing, and many have encouraged me to take the next step and open a restaurant. 

However, as with any dream, there are challenges to overcome, and right now, I am in need of financial support to make this vision a reality.

The great news is that there is currently no competition in our area for authentic Virgin Islands cuisine, which means we have a unique opportunity to fill a gap in the market where I reside. With your help, we can create a welcoming space where our community can come together to enjoy delicious food, celebrate our diverse culture, and create lasting memories.

Having this Virgin Islands restaurant will also create lots of jobs in the area. Lots of Caribbean residents are missing there island dishes from back home and this will give Americans a chance to try something different. Help us become the first in our area.
